Sid earned Outstanding Rookie in 2005 from Century 21 Jim Owens & Associates. He also earned that franchise's Million Dollar award that year. He's twice recipient of the New River Valley Association of Realtors Good Neighbor Award, first in 2005, then again in 2007. Also in 2007, Sid became a All Star in Floyd Wickman's SMART program.
